Incorrect Information given to get a contract

A few months ago I had signed up for a planet fitness account, the deal itself was very good but I am always apprehensive with regards to signing long term contracts.

On sign up I was told that if I wanted to I could change ownership of the contract I would just need to get the person myself.

As I knew that I might need to cancel the contract or not be able to make use of it at some period I was pretty happy with this idea as I would not want to pay contract breaking fees. At no stage was I told that there is an ADMIN fee for them to transfer the contract. And with regards to my particular contract I need to pay R700.

I find this to be ridiculous as I need to one not only find the person myself but also i need to pay for the transfer of account and the other person would have to pay R100 for a tag (when i could just give them mine) as well as pay the monthly fee.

This is utterly ridiculous!!!
