POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - ANGRY & DISAPPOINTED

I am a member of the Boksburg K90 gym. I have been a frequent user of the gym since 1 July 2013 and my mother has been a frequent user since 1 August 2012.

Up until tonight I have had great service at the gym. Whilst using the circuit equipment I was rudely interrupted by a supervisor named Nomusa who addressed me in the following manner:
-Whilst busy exercising she rudely interrupted me
-She then proceeded to single me out in front of other members claiming that I do not know how to use the circuit and that I should learn how to use it correctly, mind you her tone was extremely condescending
-I kept my cool and decided to approach her on my departure from the gym. When I approached her she was stubborn and unapologetic and after I told her I will escalate her behaviour to management her response was "okay fine, go ahead"

I am utterly disgusted with the level of customer service I experienced tonight. I am a good member who pays my fees on time and it is really sad to be singled out like that.

At the end of the month I will cancel my membership as well as my mothers. I would like a written apology from the Manager of the gym and a face to face apology from the rude employe!
