Bad Service at the Planet Fitness in Plattekloof

I've been a member at the Planet Fitness in Plattekloof for over 3 years now, and since I've been there it's been one thing after the other.

I was told to get off a machine VERY rudely today by a personal trainer sitting on the the machine next to it while his client was stretching somewhere in a corner. This was in the circuit section, meaning the trainer purposefully occupied 2 machines that are part of the circuit. (I couldn't believe it when he rolled his eyes at me)

A lot of the weight lifting equipment do not have pegs in them and so do not work at all.
There aren't nearly enough yoga mats available for more than 5 or 6 members to use at a time.
Some of the orbitreks, stationary bicycles and treadmills are constantly 'Out of Order'.
The pool doesn't seem to be maintained on a regular basis.
Besides the fact that the sauna is too small and only fits 5 people at a time, comfortably, it has an electric cord hanging out of a hole in one of the tiles. In addition to this, the sauna has been Out of Order for a week now.

Nothing life or death, but as a paying customer and dedicated member, I expect more for what I pay.
