SUPER CIRCUIT

I have been doing the super circuit for twelve years and experienced the same problem over and over again. Other gym members are using the super circuit, but not following the rules and floor management aren't seeing that the rules are being followed. This causes conflict between me and the other member not circulating in the right order or doing sets on one of the machines as I must see to the rules being followed.
This is not the first time it has happened and I did inform management about this problem on several occasions. Walter would have called me months ago, but I am still waiting for his call. This is very poor customer service. I also did log a complaint on their website more than once, but no feedback.
