Harassement from Security Guard

I am a frequent customer at Clicks Greenstone & Edenmeadow. Most of the staff members know me on a 1st name basis.

So this afternoon my mother & I went to Clicks Greenstone to buy some vitamins. As I was obliviously browsing the shelves, my mom told me that the security guard had been following us ever since we walked in. I didn't think much of this as I have always felt at "home" every time I was in this store. When I went to the pharmacist counter the first thing the lady asked me was, "Where is your mom today".

Later as we were about to exit the store, the security guard (Alfred) pulls my mom's bag & says, "Open this! " There was no "hello" nor even a "please". I told my mother not the do it as there were 2 other customers who exited without their handbags being searched. He was so RUDE & said we can't tell him how to do his job. My mom being the lady that she is decided to let him search the bag.By Then there were already spectators.

That's when I called the manager (Danny) & complained about the security's clear harassment & crass behaviour. My poor mother was humiliated & treated like a! I would like an written apology from Alfred. The manager also said he'd follow up.
