My son joined a gym at rand gym last year June, I was called to sign for him as a premium payer as he is below the age of 18.They charged me R249 per month (which is an adult fee) instead of R150 for a child. When I found out about that, they send me from pillar to post, telling. They said the consultant who
filled in the form left the company, at the end I found that he is in the same company but at another branch. I phoned this consultant, they told me to leave a message he will phone me back, but he never phoned. The manager JOMO said he can't help because he was not at the company when it started. They are still debiting this money on my account. They are threatening of sending my name to their layers if I stop paying.
