LOSE A NEW CONTRACT BECAUSE OF STUPIDITY

5TH OCT 2013, I joined Virgin Active. On the 9th I get a call from Virgin moaning about a 2006 debt. Kind of an old debt to try to hassle me about because there is no legal grounds to collect from me. So instead of letting that go and gaining from my current R400 contract, the manager keeps going on about the old debt. So I simply invoked my legal right to cancel the current contract. Really how short sighted is Virgin, now you lose the old debt and a new contract. Talk about stupid. PLANET FITNESS will have me as a new client. Still can't believe the short sightedness
