I attend the Northgate virgin active and after my gym session i wanted to use the Tracker as on Wednesday it was out of order i entered my login details but it seem to reject it so i went to the receptionist and told her i have a problem with the Tracker her response was whats the problem so i explained she went to the machine and checked and notified me she will call the manger to assist she did call for someone over the intercom i then waited for 20min and nobody came to assist me the receptionist didn't even bother to check if someone had come to assist as she was too busy with the cleaner chatting and showing her information on from the PC, my question is what right does a cleaner have accessing info on the PC with the receptionist and that resulted in a customer being neglected, the body language and the way the receptionist carry's herself out is totally unprofessional sitting on the desktop etc (more of her behavior should be viewed via the cameras), this type of behavior should be dealt with the correct disciplinary action.
I once before wrote a comment and put into suggestion box and my details were given i had no feedback as well so Management needs to be jacked up
