Illed for no reason

I would like to complain about the type of trouble that bodylab has gotten me into, first of all when I signed the contract I was told I will be contacted within 2 days for an access card and fingerprints to be taken, I have never received a call or sms in connection to that secondly I am getting sms that, that account has been handed over due to non payment, and my employer will be issued with garnish summons and ITC listings, how will I pay for something I haven't even used, I do not have access to the gyms as I dnt have any access cards or whatever is needed. I will not pay that amount that "you" say I am owing as I have never used your services due to incorrect information given. I want this resolved and the account closed. I am a consumer I need the proper information to be given to me in order for us to have a great relationship. I repeat I will not pay that R650 because I have never used the services.
