Billing errors!!!

I went to the gym to freeze my account as I do not have the time to gym at this time of the year. Sharon assured me that only the admin fee and R50 will be deducted via debit order. On Monday when the debit order went off my account I realized that they deducted the normal monthly membership fee. On query they say that it is only frozen from 1 October and not 1 September as per the form I completed on 31 August. They refuse to pay me back the money they owe me and want to charge me extra money to cancel the membership.
