Breach of contract

Good day

My wife last year join the gym and i was the one who paid. For 2 months no deductions were done and i called the gym and i was advised by Alex that the was a problem with their system. I asked my wife to dtop going to the gym until the deductions has been sorted. I got the call begining of the year asking me to sign a new contract with them and i did. I told Alex that the deduction date should be on the 25th of every month as i transfare my money to other accounts by the 27th of the month.

I asked my wife again not to go to the gym till deductions go thru. They breached the contract for the 25th and decided to go to the bank on the 1st of the month causing unexpected bank charges on my side. Recived a call from Monwabisi stating that i am in arrears, explained to her that the contract was for 25th and not 1st of the month and she didnt want to listen and she keeps trying to deduct on every 1st of month. That is causing bank charges every month and i need someone to pay for that.
