Deductions from my bank

Good day,
I am refering this matter to you because it seems as if Nedbank staff is playing and not doing what they are supposed to do. i am afreaid they will put me in trouble. i bought a car three months ago with MFC and requested them to deduct the money on the 25th of every month. they did not do that the first minth and i didt it manual and the sencond month the same and i called and the lady said she is rectifying the mistake, then this month again they didnt deduct and in the middle of the motnth they call and say i didt not pay.and i gave them info again and again.
would you kindly help and do my deduction the date i asked them because, i thought the money went through, when i check my statements, they didnt deduct. i will pay this month again manual.
