I joined virgin active and unfortunately I lost my job after I have joined, i emailed virgin active and inform them that am no longer gonna be able to afford payments as I am no longer working so they said I have to pay R2000.00 for termination of contract and I requested them to do arrangement of payment and 3 people has called me and the 1st person called but never did any arrangement but said someone is going to call, and 2 other people call and ask me why am I terminating the contract and said someone is going to call again for arrangement and no one called now they send me a letter and saying I have to pay R4774 .00 and they said this is the second letter they have sent the first one in April whereas I havent received any letter and that's the month I have terminated my contract.
