Account issues still not resolved after months

I am once again having to write about Planet Fitness. After 3 previous complaints I still have a frozen membership due to my debit orders and accounts not being rectified by Planet Fitness (this has gone on for over HALF of my 3 year membership now). I have contacted Managers at both Bedfordview (Leeann Govender) and Rosebank (Sue) gyms. I have phoned the gyms, left messages, emailed managers, spoken to staff, gone in to see managers and STILL no resolution. I am told they have issues accessing my account and i will be contacted but I end up having to call after weeks of no word.

I no longer receive invoices and my debit order was never activated. I was told to pay for Feb 2013, the month before the issue was resolved (WHY?) and I now once again owe R1300 odd which I refuse to pay since I have done everything I can to try rectify the problem. I was told it was resolved and the R230 monthly payment would come off my account from March 2013.

I am not being allowed in the gyms because of the frozen account and have to fight with the staff to let me in which is unacceptable. I have a serious training schedule and I am beyond appalled at how pathetic Planet Fitness is handling this
