Breach of contract and absolutely no feedback!

1) Apon enquiring on numerous occassions as to why my contract is suddenly expiring in April 2013 and not in October 2013 as per the contract I signed, the consultant (Mo) said that it was an admin problem and that they would fix it. Months later and nothing has been done. Mo and his managers at Planet Fitness Lynnwood Bridge promised to phone (more than once) to confirm what the problem is, but still, nothing. The manager furthermore had the audacity to say that I have in effect scored 3 months of the gym contract... what?? I have already paid everything upfront until the end of October! His consolation? "If you are interested in renewing your contract, we can give you a discount"

2) Furthermore, I signed for a blacktag with Mo on the 3rd of January after he promised me on three occassions. They have not even started processing it.

3) I asked 3 different consultants what the terms for the black tag are, and ALL THREE promised that my contract would be extended by 2 months since the black tag is a 12 month contract. Upon speaking to the manager about this, he suddenly said that this was not true? Talk about signing a contract under false pretences!
