Disgraceful service

When I joined I brought the birth certificates of my kids so they could use the gym with my wife and I. After the first time we were told they could not find them after enquiring about what was taking so long. Supplied them again, still nothing happened and they could not be found as we now had to use the Aurora gym due to the issue at the Sontraal one. Were ALL the documents in the Sonstraal gym simply thrown away? We have now supplied them a 3rd time, this time at the Aurora gym but this is now still ongoing, everytime my wife phones to enquire she gets a different excuse like: I can't find them... the person you dealt with isn't in today... our computers are down. This has been going on for about a year now!!! disgraceful service and shocking to think how callously you handle personal documents like birth certificate copies. Can someone competent please pick up this issue and resolve it for us ASAP
