Still waiting for birth certificate to be issued

I applied for an unabridged birth certificates for my kids (boy and girl) on the 25 May 2013 at the Boksburg home affairs, and was told that it would take 6 weeks for the birth certificates to be issued. 5months later only one of the birth certficates has been issued and still awaiting for the other, Everytime I go and check the status I am told that it is still not out, but I am not given an explanation to why it is still not out. Yesterday I called their call centre and they gave me a case number:1310047404, and still have not heard anything from them.
