Refusal for refund

My name is Thaabied Dantie, I opened a gym membership for my son Anees Dantie from an agent in Parow Centre whom accepted a deposit and cold hot provide me with a receipt. She was to bring it to my workplace as well as a contract which my son was to sign. She took my bank details and debit orders started deducting since the end of the same month. After a few months I started complaining to the Head office and spoke to Ilse Opperman and explained I would like a refund as we have never used the service and that there was no valid contract. It took them 3 weeks to find my sons membership details and discovered it was listed with the Milnerton branch which I did not deal with. I have made it clear that the contract was null & void as there was no signed contract. Ms Opperman promised that representatives would consult me two months ago already but still no contact has been made. I am demanding a full refund including the deposit paid, above all this THE SERVICE HAS NEVER BEEN USED!!
