FALSE ADVERTISING - FLYERS

I went into a Edgars store and was handed a Planet Fitness Flyer, (2 weeks free access) before signing a gym contract. I went into the Fourways branch on the 19th May 2013, handed them the flyer which allowed me the 2 weeks free before signing up. I took out a contract that was suppose to start 1 st June 2013. My debit orders didnot come off for 2 months, all of a sudden get a sms saying my account is in arrears. I went in, not only was I charged twice for tag but was charged R20.00 for every debit order that didnot go through, (not my error, there were no entries on my bank. I queried this, was told they would credit it. Went to gym yesterday and card still blocked, they tell me again my account is in arrears, and head office wont credit the R20.00 they charged which I refuse to pay as it wasnot my error. So until this is sorted, I have to be embarressed everytime I go to the gym cause tag is blocked (not even my fault) then am told it will stay blocked till the account has been rectified. I will not recommend anyone to sign up at this gym. I will be contacting head office myself to cancel this contract as this was misleading fromthe start.
