Inefficient and unresponsive

Lungelwa Mhlabane has been unresponsive in the past, when emails were sent early June requesting information regarding status of my contract.

Further discussions last week which required banking detail changes were not actioned:
- incorrect amount was deducted on my account
- my wife's contract was debited from an old work bank account, instead of my account
- the children's Club V seem not to have been actioned.

During last week's conversation a reference no. was requested but I was told that no reference numbers are given out as the conversations are recorded...! When I phone this morning to follow up, she asked me for a reference number and told me she would have to look into the matter as she cannot tell what is going on. I await a response.
