Poor Attitude, lack of upkeep and enforcement

I gym almost everyday, and my gym of choice is Planet Fitness Claremont. Over the past year they have upgraded their facilities by a substantial amount, and i'm grateful for it. But over the past few months the equipment such as the barbells and dumbbells have been broken by patrons and then hardly repaired. the cable machines have been weathering and thus causing problems when lifting. More to add is that the patrons of the gym tend to throw weights around unnecessarily and leave equipment all over the place which then results in us having to stop working out to find things. this is appalling as there are signs everywhere stating that this is not tolerated, but when i report to front desk nothing is done about it. they have one man repacking during peak time and he cant be expected to chase after everyone. i have had a bad experience since day one, where a they failed to provide a complementary kit bag with the signing of a contract to my gym partner, and then proceeded to treat us with complete disrespect with the matter. i have signed a 36 month contract with them and am sad to say that it wont make it to 12 months.
