Planet Fitness breaking down piece by piece

I have tried contacting Planet fitness but 2 weeks since my compliant they chose not to bother replying. I use the facilities early morning 4am. On numerous occations they only open the gym at 04:15am instead of 4am. When I get through the door all the problems start, there is no register books only copied A4 sheets. Membership fees is high and I am sure there is sufficient funds to purchase printed carbon copy books. When I go into the gym there is nobody at reception and anybody can walk in as they please. Now for the poor state of equipment, treadmills are out of order or switched off, excercise bike gears are slipping, cushings on the equipment are damaged and not repaired and in the feminique area the leg curl machine has been broken for approx 4 weeks. Men and building contractors walk in and out of the feminique section freely without the problem being addressed even though it has been reported. Equipment is supposed to be fixed within 24 hours that is not done. Planet fitness Witbank is falling apart and nothing is done to repair it. So Planet Fitness where is our membership fees going? How is that money spent, clearly not on the upkeep of the gym?
