Planet fitness Roodepoort decided to issue me with a new gym tag at no request from me - apparently my old tag was faulty. What I discovered two months later when checking my Discovery Vitality points, was that none of my visits for June had been loaded. I was informed by the gym that they never linked the new tag to my account and hence no visits were loaded. How is this possible!!! I followed u with Max, who never got back to me and now I have been going back and forth between the branch and their head office for three weeks, ridiculous!!

The gym is completely useless with useless staff. Equipment takes months to be fixed and their head office is just as useless. You hold on for how long and then just get transferred between departments. Not sure anyone has a clue of whats going on there.
