Tricked into Paying 3 times the amount!

Dear Planet Fitness,

I am highly dissatisfied in regards to how I have been tricked into paying R600pm at the gym. The consultant who signed me up told me I should take 2 black tags and never spoke about Edgars account. Why do I need 2 black tags? I only need one! Why do I pay R300 for a black tag wen I have a edgars card, I should only pay R175!

I would like my one black tag cancelled with immediate effect and want my R600 debit order to be reduced to R175 as everyone else with immediate effect else Planet Fitness will not get another cent out of me.

Also I would like my account credited at the gym with the extra monies deducted thus far that I have paid R600 instead of R175. This should be done with immediate effect also.
