Prices for black tags

I've been with planet for a 1 year nw, since we have joined there has been issues with account nd nw this month its happening again we got black tags signing that its R99 for the tag. This month the tag didn't want to go through finding out that they said tags are nw 109 there was no commincation saying that anything goes up
