Refused Entrance

My wife went overseas for 6 Weeks and froze her contract, she had to give her air ticket for them to photo copy it.
She is now back and tried to go back to the gym, but they won't let her in as they say the contract is finished.
The air ticket is on the computer.
All the staff AND the manager (Dylan) have messed her around, they say that the cant understand why the freezing was not done.
I now have now alternative but to go on Hello Peter AND legal action to sort out this matter.
My wife has suffered humiliation. Not one phone call from Dylan or anyone at the gym to say sorry.
The only calls from the gym are from people trying to sell her New contracts.
