Not impressed

On the 1st March I had given in my notice of one months notice. The one afternoon had went in to speak to Dylan, had wanted 30minutes while I am busy waiting for 30minutes while he was busy at reception area, off I had left and had left a message for him, and no call back still to this day. I had than spoken to Desree the next day and she had 'logged' it onto the computer but it had not been processed because they were not online and she was going to follow it up and let me know, I am still waiting for some feedback.

It is now 2 weeks later and I have not gotten any feedback or response from them & my contract is still active (had went to find out), had left yet another message for Dylan as he was not in yet and am still waiting for a call back of infomation... not holding breath on this, SO not impressed with Planet Fitness!!!
