Planet Fitness Aurora - No service at all!!!

Amount of R171 and R869 and went off my account. Amount was suppose to be R330 and R171. I phoned on Saturday but no admin staff was working. Left a message and no one phoned me on Monday. Went to the gym she asked for bank statement. Emailed it. No response!! I had to phone her and ask for feedback. No feedback. This morning another amount of R171 went off. WTH!!! I phoned again this morning - she is not in yet and will phone me at 13:00. 13:00 I phone and she is busy, left a message to phone me back by 13:30... guess what NOBODY RETURNED MY CALL. WHAT A BIG SURPRISE. I want my refund and then want to cancel my contract as of yesterday!!! I am fed up!!!
