I walked into my local branch 2 Saturdays ago - I wanted info about my regular membership and changing over to Vilality. The Sales lady could not help me with the request and she obviously did not have the necessary training to help me - or it being a Saturday she was just not willing to pick up the phone and get me the info from someone qualified. Well I am still waiting for the call. I gave her my number and I guess because it was not the one I Listed on my membership profile she decided not to help me at all. Now waiting several days - just shows the overall attitude of all your Centurion staff
