Extra charges out of account

I signed a contract for R276 per month and on the 3rd of May R495 was taken from my account. I spoke to people in the head office and they said in 14 days the money would be refunded due to error. On the 3rd of June on the next debit order they drew R395 I went again to the head office and spoke to David and he said he will sort out the problem and phone me when it is resolved. I haven't received a phone call up to this day.
