I can not get my head around what is it with service providers that the only time they seem to pay attention to a customer is when they are reported on Hellopeter. It is soooo frustrating to have you money taken from your account unduly after I have cancelled the policy and then not be given a straight answer with regards to my refund. I have literally made over 20 calls over the last 2 weeks to both the centurion branch (Getrude) and the supposed Head office to Gloria Liebenberg who seems to be a ghost, every time I call her (Gloria) she is unavailable and I do leave a message-and guess what-no response. Same goes for the Centurion office. Nobody seems to know who is responsible for what, I am being sent from pillar to post to get what is my own money. And to top it off, I confirmed with some lady at head office (Judy) that I will not be getting a full refund, even after a contract was canceled well within the cancellation period to get a full refund.
I am disgusted at this level of service and want absolutely nothing to do with Planet fitness as none of the people responsible for the refund are available, conveniently the call gets cut off (3 times) everytime I get transferd
