Disgusting Service and Attitude

I placed an order with Galye from Slimbetti on the 31 May 2013 for various products of theirs. I paid R1328 for 3 products & you would receive the hoodia gel free for each product. Which was to be delivered to my work address.By the time the products arrived I was on study leave & on my return I found that not all my items were delivered even though the invoice said checked by Trust and Sue that all items were packaged. I then called them immediately but Gayle was not available & so I left a message to call me back.By midday June 6th I had still not received a call. I called again & spoke to Gayle who was very offish with me & told me she would investigate & get back to me the next morning (Friday, 7th June) Im still waiting for her to call me. Im hugely disappointed as this product is not exactly cheap & you get treated like you are a criminal because they didnt do their job properly. Surely if you have proper stock procedures in place you would notice that you are over by 2 products which was not sent to me which I paid for in cash via EFT. The product I paid for & did not receive is valued at R499 & this is how they treat you, like y
