I'm very upset and angry!
I bought 2 tickets for Maxwel (Grandwest show) at Computicket in Bellville - Sanlam Head Office. The system failed to print bar code on the ticket and the transaction already processed or debited from my card. The lady said I will get my refund in 2 days I must contact call centre, how is it now my fault that the your system error now I must do the run around for my money. Nevertheless I waited for the 2 days only to found out today when contacted call centre that it will be available after 7 days.
I currently do not have the money for these tickets and no one can help me with reserving the 2 tickets till I get the refund. I'm in this situation because of the error with your system and yet I'm the one who is being inconvenience & not receiving any help from your side.
Someone needs to make this right urgent before I Lose these tickets seriously.
