SHE SLAMMED A PHONE IM MY EAR WHEN I ASKED FOR AN

Not only are you not professional you are a aswell. I just had the phone slammed on my ear by a so called tebogo rathlagane from zone fitness. Firstly she sent me an sms saying i have outstanding fees.then i emailed and asked what for as i never joined the gym.i dont even know where ut i!! and i said i will join but decided not to join after some personal incident.as i mentioned that i do not know where the gym is based.i tried to go back to the same ppl i spoke to first time but couldnt find them coz they were in the street.now i just had R550 deducted from my acc and when asking for an explanation i get the phone slammed in my ear? like are you for real? and you say you DO NOT SEND STATEMENT? let me say this tebigo you.and i demand an explabnation from YOU.AND MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACC!
