Ticket Number :344808 refers Kindly refund me the R319 that was deducted from my account this morning, as I have requested that the contract 4001413977 be cancelled on expiry (May) Further more I called to ask you to change banking details and to debit Thabiso's acc and you refused saying that only he can change the account numbers even though i wished for you to no longer debit my account, but now you tell me that on the 25th of February Thabiso accepted retention how Ironic cause he is not the payee and you refuse to change to his bank account unless he calls . but u were able to accept his continuing with the account even though i sent you request to cancell... and he says he didnt agree to retention... stop using double standards where it suits you and refund me
