Awesome Yoga Studio :)

I signed up for a 2-week complimentary class at yo yoga in Claremont on Sunday, 12th May 2013, and attended the Bikram yoga class, which lasted for 90 minutes in duration. As a fitness professional myself (eta certified 2003 - Personal Fitness Trainer, Aerobics Instructor, and Merit Fitness Scholarship Award Recipient from the Sports Science Institute), I can confirm that the class was awesome :)

I wasn't able to make it last night or tonight, but will surely return this week to attend some more classes. The instructor was great, well spoken, and delivered an awesome class. Also love the atmosphere and calibre of people that attend the class. It's in an awesome location in Claremont and conveniently positioned directly opposite Cavendish Square.

Keep up the awesome work and looking forward to another yogi class :)
