Great spinning instructor!

I attend spinning classes 2-3 times a week. Kgomotso is by far my favourite instructor. Her instructions are clear and her workout structure is excellent. As a bonus I also like her music selection. To be fair, most of the Virgin Active instructors are wonderful, but to me, Kgomotso definitely stands out and hers is a weekly class I refuse to miss.
