I would just like to point out that it will take a little bit more effort to make the urinals hygienic than chucking in a P-Mat! Everytime I go to the urinals it smells ghastly!!

Also I don't know who the plonker was that designed the layout of the bathrooms, but installing a dustbin under a hand blower that blows everything underneath it into a micro hurricane is very unhygienic.
All it does is blow germs, used paper tissues & cigarette carton wrappers on what were clean hands.

Please address the situation & in future be careful who u get in to layout your bathrooms.
Whoever did yours, needs his head examined!!!
