Poor Hygiene and Safety at Hennopsview Spinning

I've been a member at Planet Fitness Hennopsview in Hennops Park for the past two and a half years, for the last eighteen months all the spin classes have complained about the defective air-condition in the spin lab, this despite all the facilities being revamped only six months prior! Numerous complaints, and a group petition to all levels of management at the Gym lead to nothing, the Air- is still defective and we still have to train in sweltering creating a very unhealthy and even dangerous environment. In conjunction with this there has been multiple instances in November and now in January that no spin instructor was available to present class to a packed class. As much as we take our health and training serious is it clear that Planet Fitness doesn't. Please just fix the facilities and keep to your commitment to deliver on services we are paying for but clearly not receiving.
