Very Dissatisfied with Service

On Tuesday the 21st May i walked into the planet fitness branch in witbank to register as a gym member. What an awful experience. the signing up process to well over 2, 5 hour due to apparent computer systems failure as well as staff member incompetence and constant consultation/referrals. once contract was signed the camera for taking a photo for the tag was not working. i was told i needed to wait for a reference number to finalise everything. I waited for more than 30mins for that reference number to a point where i decided to leave the gym and try them on another day. Im planning on going back today. im holding thumbs for a better experience.
