Fight amongst employees and gym members

A massive fight ensued in the reception area of planet fitness where gym member stormed down stairs to demand answers for terrible service. Everyone at the gym passed the buck and eventually an angry receptionist shouted at member throwing hands in the air.
A group of about 20 members stormed the area where a receptionist and another instructor (with friends) started pulling and pushing each other. Member couldn't get in and out of the gym and staff walked pash to their offices sipping there coffee. No managers showed face to take control of the situation.
The service at Witbank planet fitness is pathetic and needs to be addressed.
Over 10 complaints about the franchise on a daily basis is a clear indication that your customers are unhappy! You are around to serve a need in the community not take our money and abandoned your responsibilities.

Can't wait till virgin active opens up in Witbank, we will have a place to go.
