Key Tag Issue

I recently rejoined Planet Fitness in Moreleta Park, I was told that I had to pay R100.00 for a new key tag! When I questioned the sales man he said that I had to do this as it was a completely new tag and that the old tags were obsolete (I showed him my old tag as I had it on my car keys). So I gladly paid the R100.00 and was told my new tag would be ready in a few days. When I went to collect my new tag there was no difference between the new tag and the old one and I asked the lady at admissions why I could not use my old tag and she said I could she would just load the new membership on the old tag for me. So now I have two cards and I can only use one. Why I had to pay for a new card I still dont understand.

Please look into this matter for me and make sure your sales guys are properly trained up the tag issuing system.
