BAD SERVICE, No regard for anyones time or pocket!

I have been wanting to cancel my account for almost 5 months now. Every time I call the branch, the person responsible is either not there or in 'training'. The latest is that the only other person capable of handling cancellations is MIA. Finally I make contact with someone who is able to shed some light on the situation. She then tell's me to email a letter saying I want to cancel- which I do just about 4 times and still no cancellation form was received. I call again, in which I state that money will be deducted for yet another month tomorrow therefore I need it cancelled before then. Her reply was: "You have to give 1 months notice- so the money will go off again anyway." Ive been trying for MONTHS!!! Im so disgusted by this service and will never recommend PLANET FITNESS to anyone.
