Dirty shoes on clothes

My gym top was removed from the locker when i returned to the change room at 21:25. I found it at the front desk under a pile of dirty shoes. Belligerent staff were unhelpful and rude. they quoted a procedure to clear lockers? t 21:30. They could not show the procedure and it was removed prior to 21:30. I told them that on a previous occasion shoes were . whats under dirty shoes? dog poo? is this an excuse to goods? Im really disappointed in the staffs argumentative and unhelpful attitude.
