I went to foot locker Begining November. they had a sale on two pairs of sandals for R300 I found a pair I really like and then wanted another of the same shoe in a diffrent colour. but they did not have in my size. so I was told that they would order it from another branch and I said I would pick it up the following monday. When I arrived on monday. no shoes had been ordered. I was told shoes arrived on a tuesday and a thursday and yet mine had not arrived. so I was told that they would be ordered again and would arrive the following day. I arrived there on saturaday but still no shoes. I was now told they were out of stock and would have to wait for the following shipment that might have the shoes I want. I was already mad at this stage. but the manager said he woukd sort it out. The person I had delt with from the begining called and apologies and said he would then keep the pair I had already picked and should another smilliar shoe arrive he would inform me. I retuned to the shop to buy the shoes and the manager could not find them. I told her I was going away and would only return in January. I the returned in january and was told my shoes were sold. I could not belive it
