Rip off artists claiming to be Chrisitans

I joined Bodyflo in November 2010, I took out a joint contract with my daughter (the contract is in my name only), now they are suing me and my daughter for non payment - even though my daughter is not mentioned on the contract at all. Come end April 2013 I am am being sued for the whole contract even though I have proof that the contract was paid for a year via debit order. Their attorneys are claiming R3184.00 in membership fees plus interest of 318.40 total of 3504.40.

In all fairness to them I had made an agreement to pay for two years, but left after only six months, as I kept getting flu as their equipment was sticky and germ ridden, once I stopped attending the gym I stopped becoming ill...

They also claim to be a Christian gym and play Christian music - which in actual fact sounded more like devil worship music to me (the music absolutely did my head in). I complained many times to the receptionist but they did nothing about the dreadful music.

This gym - beware of their germ ridden premises...
