It's quite upsetting that your staff did not have the decency to point that out to me and highlight this to me, its quite upsetting that the manager that assisted me assured me over and over that everything will be sorted out, so he was claiming that he was working on my account and you telling me that the whole time he did not pick up that I should have been registered with Momentum I was not even given a reference number to give to Momentum. Your staff is very quick to take people money but the customer care is shocking I cannot believe this I'm actually disgusted and shocked.

The place where you marked with a star states that the member must contact Momentum Multiply to pay the activation fee because the Bankmed members were taken off Vitality and put on Momentum Multiply we did not have to pay the activation fee it was weaved.

I have been loyal to Planet Fitness so loyal I even took out the black tag I put my trust in the manager that assisted me and I expected that your staff would have given good customer service your gym does not even bother to contact me and inform me that my membership is being changed if I do not attend to it I was not even aware.
