In September last year i had numerous calls from virgin active sales people pestering me to join the gym. Eventually in November i decided to join and paid the joining fee of R150, when i joined i clearly stated to the gentleman named Joy that i am with Reality which is a benefit from my medical aid where you get refunded based on how many times you go to the gym. so i dont know what went wrong because i was not given my 15% dicsount which meant i was paying R30 more than what i was supposed to on my subs fee. additional to that the gym did not provide Reality with my gym attendance so i was not refunded from them either.so when this was rectified in March, a very rude manager at the gym, Happy called me to ask why i refused to pay the joining fee again, i mean why should i pay again? so i refused and have been waiting for my refund since March. in total my money is R180 that they owe me and i want it as i have never defaulted on my payments. how is it my fault that they captured incorrectly?

i am ready to cancel this contract and go to the ombudsman with this as it is totally unacceptable.
