Debiting account after settlement paid in full

So this Thabo guy says I need to pay the cancellation fee before the 18th of April in order to release me from the contract, which I did, but they are still debiting my account!

Can you please stop debiting my account and give me my money back!
I mean this is soo unfair, I paid the cancellation fee in full and you are still debiting my account!
