What a Store Manager!

I was kept waiting at a pay point for an iordinate amount of time. My annoyance was made even worse as the store was as hot as a furnace on Saturday morning 27 April.

In total desperation I dumped my (propsed) prchases on a nearby rack and stormed downstairs thinking I am unlikely to return. At this time i bumped into what looked like a person of authority. It happened to be the store manager and all I can say is that due to his approach, the manner in which I was managed they will have a continued loyal client. His patience and manner towards my dissatisfaction smacks of a client centric approach and I can see why he is in that role! The "assistant" manager (I regretfully failed to take the names in my state of annoyance) was as helpful and I was presented with a voucher for my trouble (which I declined buthe was insistant. The cherry on top was that the aircondioning was also turned down!
Now if that is not the epitome of client service then nothing is! I eventually spent a lot more money than I had intended and was allowed to pay at teh Trennery counter.
Thank you, thank, thank you for taking my dissatisfaction so seriously. I will be back to support you!
